PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve problems that when carrying a wet umbrella in a crowded train or the like in a rainy or snowy weather or getting on/off the train in an outdoor space with no roof, the facilitation of opening/closing of the umbrella and the improved convenience are desired; and low-cost umbrellas used for not only the aforementioned use field but also usable in walking in the rainy or snowy weather in general everyday life, having a simple structure, and easily handled are desired. SOLUTION: This umbrella, which is not a folding umbrella but a regular umbrella and a one-touch opening/closing umbrella, has a different assembling structure of umbrella ribs from a conventional one such that main ribs of the umbrella are connected to a rib receiving movable ring side movable along the central shaft of the umbrella from a handle side, and reinforcing ribs are connected to a rib receiving fixed ring fixed to the umbrella tip part; so that this umbrella is opened/closed on the tip side, which is inverse to the regular umbrella, and the wet surface of the umbrella is folded into the inside to facilitate the handling.
