PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To stably support a head part in a cross direction and to reduce the number of components in a hair treating implement composed by connecting the head part so as to be freely tilted to the left and right and to be freely moved vertically. SOLUTION: In the hair treating implement composed by connecting the head part 1 for hair treatment to the upper part of a main body grip part 2 so as to be freely tilted to the left and right and to be freely moved vertically and elastically energizing it upwards, an open chamber 26 to which a housing body 10c with a built-in motor at the lower part of the head part 1 is inserted is formed at the upper end part of the main body grip part 2. On both front and back surfaces of the housing body 10c, a pair of left and right shaft parts 70 connected to the inner surface of the open chamber 26 of the main body grip part 2 so as to be freely turned and moved vertically and brought into slidable contact and a contact part 75 provided below the pair of shaft parts 70 and brought into slidable contact with the inner surface of the open chamber 26 are provided.
