REPAIR TOOL FOR OIL LEAKED PORTION OF OF CABLE, AND REPAIRING METHOD OF OIL LEAKED PORTION

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To constitute so that anyone may repair an oil leaked portion of an OF cable with ease for a short time. SOLUTION: A repair tool 1 includes an oil blocking sheet 2 and a tightening belt 12. The oil blocking sheet has elasticity, and includes a nearly rectangular base portion 3, and an annular rib 4 comprising side portions 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10 to surround the oil leaked portion which are provided at one face of the base portion 3. Cross sections of each side portion 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10 of the annular rib 4 have a trapezoid shape which becomes wider as estranged from the base portion 3. A pair of gusset plates 15 are arranged at a position overlapped with a pair of the side portions 5, 7 of the annular rib 4, and the tightening belt 12 is arranged at a position overlapped with the remained side portions 6, 8, 9, 10. The oil blocking sheet 2 is arranged on the oil leaked portion of the OF cable so that the gusset plates 15 may be parallel with the OF cable, and that the oil leaked portion may be surrounded by the annular rib 4, then the oil blocking sheet 2 is fixed using the tightening belt 12.
