Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power converter and an inverter unit which are improved in reliability, solving a problem that (shaft voltage) discharge of motor neutral point potential to a shaft causes electrolytic corrosion of a bearing to remarkably shorten a service life of a motor. SOLUTION: As a high-performance microcomputer is generally used at a control portion of an inverse converting portion of the power converter, and a PWM logic signal is generated by software processing, combination of logics of each phase (U, V, W) is constituted to be calculated so that appearance of a zero vector for each phase (U, V, W) may be reduced, by which the generation of the shaft voltage discharge is reduced more than ever.
