BROADCAST RECORDING/REPRODUCING APPARATUS

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate a trouble that a user misses program contents to be viewed since a downloaded application cannot store a program displayed by itself when an emergency broadcast like an emergency alert is generated and the emergency broadcast is forcibly reproduced. SOLUTION: Even if an emergency broadcast of priority higher than an ordinary program is reproduced by forcible tuning while a downloaded application reproduces the ordinary program, an application built in a television receiver preferentially records the original program in a time-shift buffer that is automatically created, and automatically reproduce the original program after the end of the forcible emergency broadcast.
