SOLUTION: When the broadcast contents are digitized and compressed, they are compressed so that the data to be recorded are equalized as much as possible by being synthesized between pieces of equipment connected to the system. Then, the size to be recorded is made small by creating difference with reference data in a data base server and holding the difference in a data base server or equipment in a data base server or equipment.
