LAYOUT CONFIGURATION MANAGEMENT SYSTEM AND IMAGE MONITORING APPARATUS

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a layout configuration management system capable of executing maintenance works on the basis of a layout configuration diagram without the need for confirming a difference from an object apparatus and an unknown apparatus or the like and to provide an image monitoring apparatus. SOLUTION: In the layout configuration management system that comprises: the image monitoring apparatus 13 for collecting video data from cameras 11 for photographing management object equipment 31 and forming the video data to supervise images; and a service center apparatus connected to the image monitoring apparatus 13 via a network 4, and manages the layout configuration of the management object equipment 31, the image monitoring apparatus 13 includes: a means for analyzing blinking of each of light tags 32 fitted to the management object equipment 31 from the collected video data to particularize installed positions of the management object equipment 31; a means for comparing the particularized positions with positions on the layout configuration diagram recorded in advance; and a means that informs the service center apparatus about the revision of the layout configuration when there are unconfirmed light tags or light tags whose positions are changed.
