When the turning of the actuator 10 further continues in the direction of the arrow F after the shock absorbing member 32 comes into contact with the contact surface 28, a sensor member 30 is brought into contact with a latch turning surface 34 to turn the latch mechanism 18, and a hook 24 and the turning restricting part 20 cooperate to restrict the turning of the actuator 10.
