Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a map display apparatus which scrolls a bird's-eye view map, without giving sense of incongruity. SOLUTION: A navigation device displays the bird's eye view map and by touching an arbitrary position on the bird's eye view map with a finger, a scroll destination is specified. When the arbitrary position on the bird's eye view map is specified, the bird's eye view map is scrolled while a position just before the position touched is defined as a scroll destination.
