SOLUTION: This fireproof double tube joint 1 is constituted by an inner tube 2 having the socket 3; a water stop ring 4 arranged on a surface of the socket 3; a cap 5 covering from an upper surface to an outer peripheral surface of the water stop ring 4, and an inner tube outer peripheral surface of the socket 3; and an outer tube 6 covering an outer peripheral surface of the cap 5 and an outer peripheral surface of the inner tube 2 extending to it.
