Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a solid blend composed of polyvinyl pyrrolidone and an ethoxylated fatty acid derivative and containing the ethoxylated fatty acid derivative effectively integrated in the polyvinyl pyrrolidone by the operation of an extruder. SOLUTION: The solid blend composed of polyvinyl pyrrolidone and an ethoxylated fatty acid derivative is produced by the processing of components in an extruder including the introduction of the polyvinyl pyrrolidone into the extruder in the form of an aqueous solution and the removal of the solvent during the extrusion procedure.
