Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a label tube mounting machine which can smoothly and surely mount a label tube on an article to be mounted while a flat-like label tube is held to a required opening shape in accordance with the shape of the article to be mounted such as a container. SOLUTION: In the label tube mounting machine 10, the label tube R which has folds on both side edges and folded in a flat shape is drawn out from an unwinding apparatus 12, and is forwarded to a fold relaxing apparatus 16. The label tube R whose inner face is separated and expanded by the fold relaxing apparatus 16 is successively cut by a cutting apparatus 18. The cut label tube r is expanded into a required opening shape and is held by a sucking and holding apparatus 20. Under this condition as it is, by moving the sucking and holding apparatus 20 by a fitting and mounting apparatus 22, the label tube r held by the sucking and holding apparatus 20 is fitted and mounted into a work W.
