CARGO ROOM BOARD FOR VEHICLE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform respond by a common one kind of cargo room board even if height of a back surface of a seat back in the forward falling state is different. SOLUTION: The cargo room board 18 of the vehicle provides a floor surface of the cargo room integrally formed with a cabin behind a rear seat of a plurality of rows of seats arranged in the longitudinal direction in the cabin. The cargo room board 18 has a leg part 18x hanging down from a lower surface of a front part 18a of the board and abutted on a floor panel 17. The cargo room board 18 is installed on the floor panel 17 through the leg part 18x and is assembled such that the front part 18a of the board is made approaching to the back surface of the seat back of the rear seat in the forward falling state and becomes the approximately same plane. A mounting part 18y of a spacer member 21 for adjusting a distance in a height direction from the floor panel 17 to the front part 18a of the board is formed on the leg part 18x.
