METHOD AND APPARATUS FOR CREATING SUBSCRIBER RECORD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To create a subscriber record with respect to each new context in a GPRS network. SOLUTION: A first and a second data packet is captured from a first and a second GPRS network interface by probes 201 to 205. An MS database 206 creates a first subscriber record using information from the first data packet and compares it with information of the second data packet. When the second data packet is associated with the first subscriber record, information from the second data packet is added to the first subscriber record. When the second data packet is not associated with the first subscriber record, a second subscriber record is created using information of the second data packet. COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
