TELEPHONE COMMUNICATION SYSTEM, TELEPHONE COMMUNICATION METHOD, RELAY SERVER AND MOBILE PHONE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform a videophone call with a mobile phone having a videophone function in an easy manner without needing another communication terminal used with the mobile phone by using the mobile phone having no videophone function. SOLUTION: A relay server 21 separates voice data from moving image data in data in a videophone data format transmitted from first mobile phone 23 and 25 having a videophone function and transmits the voice data to second mobile phones 24 and 26 having no videophone function. On the other hand, the relay server 21 selects one frame at optional timing as still image data from the moving image data and transmits the still image data to the second mobile phones 24 and 26 during communication or before communication. In addition, the relay server 21 receives, from the second mobile phones 24 and 26, the voice data from the second mobile phones 24 and 26 and still image data preregistered in the second mobile phones 24 and 26, composites them and transmits them to the first mobile phones 23 and 25.
