Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an input device or the like capable of more easily inputting an operational instruction according to an intention of a user, while maintaining an operational easiness by speech recognition. SOLUTION: A function for changing the scale to a wide area as a function for recognizing the voice of "scale" uttered by the user and coping with the recognition vocabulary of "scale" is assigned to a switch 30a. A function for changing the scale to detail is assigned to a switch 30b. When the number of functions (two of scale and detail) is small for four inputs of the switches 30a, 30b, 30c, 30d, the same function for changing the scale to the wide area as the switch 30a is also assigned to the switch 30c.
