Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid level detecting device capable of measuring liquid level without degradation of sensor sensitivity even if the liquid contains air bubbles. SOLUTION: In a container 20, through which fluid containing air bubbles flows in and out, a liquid level sensor 30 is provided with a film-like measuring plane measuring the height of liquid level of fluid in the container 20. The liquid level sensor 30 is arranged in the container 20 so as to oppose a measuring plane 31 to the flow direction of fluid containing air bubbles, while the measuring plane 31 is covered with an enclosure 32 on its upstream-side to the fluid and the enclosure 32 is equipped with a bump 33 with the peaks 33a in up and down directions.
