Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coil device for electron spin resonance capable of maintaining high magnetic field accuracy, and reducing power consumption per coil and of the whole device. SOLUTION: A group of coils 5 is provided with a set of main magnetic field coils 12A, 12B which have a first pair of main magnetic field coils 10A, 10B arranged on a measuring region side and a second pair of main magnetic field coils 11A, 11B arranged on a more distal side of the measuring region than the first pair 10A, 10B, and generate a uniform magnetic field, a set of magnetic field sweep coils 13A, 13B which are arranged on a more measuring region side than the first pair 10A, 10B, and vary the uniform magnetic field obtained by the set 12A, 12B within a fixed range, and a set of magnetic field gradient coils 15A, 15B which are arranged between the sweep coils 13A, 13B and the second pair 11A, 11B, and produce predetermined magnetic field gradients in the directions of a center axis C and an axis perpendicular to this respectively.
