STORAGE ELECTRIC WATER HEATER INSTALLED IN PIPE SPACE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a storage electric water heater capable of utilizing a pipe space which has not been effectively used, and efficiently supplying hot water by using a conventional general-purpose hot water storage tank even in a multiple dwelling house or the like where it is difficult to secure a space for installing the hot water storage tank. SOLUTION: This storage electric water heater 10 has the cylindrical hot water storage tank 30 installed in a state that its axis is vertically directed, a group of fixtures and fittings 40 such as pipes, a pump 41 and a mixing valve 42, and four leg portions 51-54 mounted on side faces of the hot water storage tank in a state of extending to the axial lower portion of the hot water storage tank. The leg portion 51 positioned on a corner space at an opening door side of the pipe space 20 is used as one long side of a rectangular parallelopiped frame body 60 formed along the corner space.
