SOLUTION: This defrost control system comprises a first storing portion and a first deciding portion. The first storing portion stores peak information. The peak information is the information relating to one or more peak times. The peak time is a time of the peak in a trend relating to the total electric power of the object. The first deciding portion decides one or more defrost times on the basis of, at least, peak information. The defrost time is a time when defrosting of a freezer/refrigerator is performed.
