Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cosmetic composition having epoch-making high functions not existing in the past, such as superior aging preventive, ultraviolet ray protective, beautifying and whitening, and pilatory/hair-growing effects and the like. SOLUTION: The cosmetic composition contains as essential components (A) 0.001-20.0 mass% of one or more kinds of compounds selected from the group consisting of fullerene, fullerene derivatives, water-soluble fullerene and water-soluble fullerene derivatives; and (B) 0.01-10.0 mass% of one or more kinds of placenta extracts derived from animals.
