VENT OPENING ELEMENT AND AIR CONDITIONING UNIT FOR VEHICLE USING IT

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vent opening element and an air conditioning unit for a vehicle using it, which eliminates a temperature difference between air blown from a blow-out opening for a rear seat and air blown from a blow-out opening for a front seat, and which can prevent an air temperature blown from the blow-opening for the rear seat from becoming two layers responding to the demand for space saving in the vehicle longitudinal direction. SOLUTION: An inlet 43 of the vent 19 for the rear seat and an inlet 41 of the vent openings 17 and 18 for the front seat are arranged along the vehicle width direction. The inlet 43 of the vent opening 19 for the rear seat extends along the vehicle longitudinal direction. The outlet 43 opens backward in the vehicle longitudinal direction. Thereby, air entrapped in the inlet 41 of the vent opening 19 for the rear seat is mixed in the vent opening 19 for the rear seat by flowing backward in the vehicle longitudinal direction. The vent opening 19 for the rear seat is formed by installing the vent opening element 33, that is, the other body than the air conditioning unit main body 3, to the opening of a casing 10.
