SOLUTION: The method for producing low-salt food comprises subjecting the food to at least dialysis treatment, and executing the dialysis treatment via a mosaic charged membrane. The system for producing the low-salt food comprises at least dialysis-treatment equipment provided with the mosaic charged membrane, and is used in the method for producing low-salt food.
