Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing low-salt food comprising sufficiently reducing salinity content in food at reduced energy and low costs so as to surely and easily obtain flavorous and high-quality low-salt food: and to provide a simple system using the method. SOLUTION: The method for producing low-salt food comprises subjecting the food to at least dialysis treatment, and executing the dialysis treatment via a mosaic charged membrane. The system for producing the low-salt food comprises at least dialysis-treatment equipment provided with the mosaic charged membrane, and is used in the method for producing low-salt food.
