Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the speed by enhancing drive performance of a drive circuit, and to further reduce power consumption of the drive circuit. SOLUTION: A drive output following signal depending on the waveform of the drive output is generated, which drives a focus and a tracking actuators, and the drive output following signal is input into a focus and a tracking boost type power supplies. In the boost type power supply, a fixed output is controlled by the drive output following signal. When the drive output is beyond the level of the fixed output, a control output is generated, which has the level higher than the fixed output and slightly higher than the drive output.
