PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a document data distribution system capable of clarifying a distribution route of a specific document to improve information security. SOLUTION: For example, when a local folder of a client device 3 is set as a monitoring destination in the client device 3, when an electronic data storage device 5 is set as a distribution destination, and when an electronic data management device 7 is set as an output destination, a document management system shows that the client device 3 performs polling to a monitoring target in F1. F2 shows that an acquired document is distributed to the previously designated distribution destination in the client device 3 when the document is present in a distribution source.
