METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING HOLLOW BLADE INCLUDING RECESSED TIP CAP AND METHOD FOR REPAIRING THE BLADE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a hollow metallic blade for maintaining high precision in thickness of a wall part of the blade, avoiding defect of brazing without performing brazing treatment by dispensing with a plug in which a bottom part of a recessed tip cap is brazed, and prolonging service life of the blade. SOLUTION: This method for manufacturing the hollow metallic blade 1 provided with at least one side wall part 2, 3 and the recessed tip cap 7 comprises steps for (a) manufacturing the hollow blade provided with at least one side wall part 2, 3 with tip part opened by casting, (b) manufacturing a laminated plate including at least metal of the hollow blade and a brazing material, (c) brazing the laminated plate to top parts of the side wall parts 2, 3 of the blade by pressing the laminated plate on the blade, and (d) machining the recessed tip cap 7 provided with at least a bottom part 8 and at least squealer tip parts 9, 10 on the laminated plate mechanically.
