Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To produce a base substrate for an electrophotographic photoreceptor in which at least a part of the insulation layer on the surface is removed at a reduced cost and with increased productivity. SOLUTION: The insulation layer of the base substrate for an electrophotographic photoreceptor is removed by a scribing jig 1 which comprises an edge supporter 7 that contacts the axial end of the base substrate for an electrophotographic photoreceptor, and supports the base substrate for an electrophotographic photoreceptor in the axial direction, and a shaving off 9 that can shave off the insulation layer formed on the lateral side of the base substrate for an electrophotographic photoreceptor. The relative position of the edge supporter 7 and the shaving off 9 is variable to the axial direction. COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
