Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a breather device constituted to prevent oil from directly entering a duct even when the oil is roughly vibrated. SOLUTION: In this breather device of an engine for eliminating oil mist in a blow-by gas, a baffle plate is mounted on a lower end of an inlet duct 6 projecting downward from an inlet portion of a breather chamber 21, and the baffle plate is composed of an oblique plate 6b extending from a lower end of the inlet duct to an oblique lower portion. The baffle plate is composed of the oblique plate and a horizontal plate 6d horizontally extending from a lower end of the oblique plate.
