Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an adhesive for plastic sheet-laminated steel plate, enabling drying treatment at low temperatures lower than 200°C and having excellent boiling water resistance, low-temperature adhesion and pot-life. SOLUTION: The adhesive for plastic sheet-laminated steel plate essentially comprises a polyester resin, an isocyanate compound, an epoxy compound and a catalyst, wherein it is preferable that the isocyanate compound be a blocked isocyanate and the epoxy compound have intramolecular hydroxy group(s).
