Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a carbon fiber oriented connecting film which imparts excellent electric conductivity without damaging the inherent properties of a resin matrix. SOLUTION: The carbon fiber oriented connecting film is obtained by heating a mixture containing a resin matrix and 0-2.0 wt.% (without containing 0), based on the resin matrix, carbon fibers, applying an electric field during heating or after heating to the mixture to orient the carbon fibers substantially in one direction, and further bringing the carbon fibers into contact with one another at the end portions in their lengthwise direction to form a connecting structure.
