Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve a greater attractiveness of games by making irradiation with light pretended to be so realistic as to be rotationally displaced in direction. SOLUTION: LED trains LN1-LN5 in which first and second LEDs 40 and 41 are arrayed on a straight line passing through a fixed point on a third light emitting element board 39 are disposed radially on the third light emitting element board 39 centering around the fixed point while a second reflection member 43 made conical is so arranged as to make its top face the fixed point. The first LED 40 is so positioned at the outermost side of the LED trains LN1-LN5 as to emit light outward almost parallel and radially to the third light emitting element board 39 while the second LED 41 is so positioned on the fixed point side from the first LED 40 as to emit light to the conical surface 44 of the second reflection member 43. This makes the emission direction of light from the second reflection member 43 pretended to be rotationally displaced when the LED trains LN1-LN5 are lighted or extinguished sequentially per train circumferentially.
