SOLUTION: The portable communication terminal is provided with the battery as a power source, a power-supplying/receiving means for supplying power from the battery to the other portable communications terminal or receiving power from the other portable communications terminal, and a control means for instructing the power supplying/receiving means to supply power to the other portable communications terminal or receive power from the other portable communications terminal.
