Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a motor for vacuum which prevents the deterioration of the transfer efficiency of magnetic power, while interposing a partition wall member in a gap. SOLUTION: The motor for vacuum has a stator and a rotor which are disposed so as to face each other via a gap, having teeth formed at their facing portions, the partition wall member which is disposed in the gap and separates the stator from the rotor, and a magnet at the tooth tip which is embedded between the teeth of at least either the stator or the rotor, wherein the rotor side separated with the partition wall member is disposed in a vacuum atmosphere.
