TRANSMISSION CONTROL SCHEME

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a means for reducing surplus transmission power and reducing an interference level of an entire network in a wireless digital communication network including a plurality of access points each for communicating with a plurality of access terminals. SOLUTION: In a wireless digital communication network, one access point specifies a data communication velocity in data communications with each of a plurality of access terminals, a power level capable of maintaining the data communications at the specified data communication velocity is specified, and data communication is performed with each of the plurality of access terminals based on the specified power level. Otherwise, one access point corrects channel state information of a relevant access terminal based on a change in the power level in the data communication with each of the plurality of access terminals, a data communication velocity capable of transmission in the state of a communication channel indicated by the corrected channel state information is specified, and the data communication is performed with each of the plurality of access terminals based on the specified data communication velocity.
