VISITING DATE/VISITING PLACE CERTIFICATION SYSTEM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily operate visiting place certification, visiting date certification, and privacy protection of a visitor at low cost by sending information, which can not be actively altered by the visitor, by an email. SOLUTION: A visiting business management system managing a visiting destination and a visiting date comprises: a recording medium 100 installed in a visiting destination, recording visiting destination information different in each the visiting destination; a recording medium reader 200 connectable to a cellphone; the cellphone 300 allowing transmission/reception of the email; mail communication environment; and an information terminal 600 allowing the transmission/reception of the e-mail. The visiting destination information read by the recording medium reader connectable to the cellphone is transmitted from the cellphone by the email; the mail is received by the information terminal; the visitor, the visiting destination information, mail time and the visiting date are extracted from the received e-mail; data thereof are stored; and the visitor, the visiting destination information and the visiting date are displayed.
