DAMPER DEVICE FOR HYDRAULIC PRESSURE CONTROL VALVE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce cost by making post-treatment after orifice machining unnecessary in a damper device of a hydraulic pressure control valve. SOLUTION: This damper device is provided with a damper oil chamber 36 making one end surface of a spool 22 face a valve body 20 and an oil reservoir chamber 49 adjoining the damper oil chamber 36 with putting a bulkhead 20a therebetween, and has an orifice 50 making communication of an upper part of a damper oil chamber 36 to the oil reservoir chamber 49 bored on the bulkhead 20a. The oil reservoir chamber 49 is constructed with closing an opening part of a recess part 1 formed on an lower surface of the valve body 20 by a mounting surface 2f of a support member 2 supporting the valve body 20, an axial line L of the orifice 50 is arranged to pass through the opening part of the recess part 51 to drill the orifice 50 of the bulkhead 20a from the opening part of the recess part 51, and a drain oil passage 52 of the support member 2 for discharging surplus oil in the oil reservoir chamber 49 is arranged in a part above the orifice 50.
