Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polar rubber composition which has a high affinity to such an adhesive as a phenol resin used for the bonding of a rubber and a metal material and is excellent in the adhesive strength at the time of crosslinking-bonding with a metal material and also is excellent in the permanent compression set resistance after the crosslinking. SOLUTION: The polar rubber composition containing a polar rubber and a petroleum resin is characterized in that the composition has a content of the above petroleum resin of 2-30 parts by weight relative to 100 parts by weight of the above polar rubber.
