Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air component feeder for a vehicle capable of certainly feeding air containing an air component to an individual occupant. SOLUTION: When an air component feed ECU 101 presumes the air stream state in which air stream is generated in a cabin 2, it stops (interlock) action of air component releasing means 10-12. When the ECU 101 presumes the non-air stream state in which the air stream is not generated, it allows (interlock release) action of the air component releasing means 10-12.
