TRACK WORKING VEHICLE AND DERAILMENT RECOVERY METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a track working vehicle and a derailment recovery method capable of making a recovery operation even without installing apparatuses to be solely devoted to the recovery operation including jacks both in the front and rear of the vehicle and of performing easily the restituting operation even if the working vehicle is of large size. SOLUTION: The body 1 runnable on a road 10 with running wheels 11 for road is equipped at the forefront or the tail with elevating/sinking devices 4f and 4a elevating and sinking from the body bottom part toward the track surface and running wheels 3 for the track provided in the lower parts of the elevating/sinking devices 4f and 4a, wherein the body is further furnished with apparatus 64 and 65 for repairing the track, in such an arrangement that they 64 and 65 are equipped with a driving force able to support the body 1 by heaving its one end from the track 9.
