Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To uniformly spread a liquid in a vessel body around the overall circumference of an outer surface of a pen tip of a flat fiber-bundled material. SOLUTION: In this applicator in which a coating-liquid lead-out body is arranged at the pen tip of the flat fiber-bundled material, the coating-liquid lead-out body is arranged in such a manner that distances between the coating-liquid lead-out body and the outer surface of the pen tip of the flat fiber-bundled material at an arbitrary cross section perpendicular to the axial direction of the pen tip of the fiber-bundled material are set almost equal to one another around the overall circumference of the outer surface of the pen tip of the fiber-bundled material at the same cross section.
