MANUFACTURING METHOD OF CEMENT-BASED MOLDED PRODUCT

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the clogging of the ventilation hole provided to a pressing mold to blow off compressed air to improve the separation of a cement-based molded product from the pressing mold in manufacturing the cement-based molded product by press molding. SOLUTION: The manufacturing method of the cement-based molded product by the extrusion molding of a cement-based material and the subsequent press molding of the extrusion molded cement-based material includes a process (a) for obtaining the extrusion molded object 10 in a plastic state by the extrusion molding of the cement-based material, a process (b) for sprinkling inorganic particulates 16 over the surface of the extrusion molded object 10, a process (c) for pressing a pressing mold 30, which is equipped with a resin mold 34 having a molding surface which has unevenness provided on its undersurface, to the extrusion molded object 10 from above to press-mold the uneven shape, which corresponds to the uneven molding surface provided to the resin mold 34 of the pressing mold 30, on the surface of the extrusion molded object 10 to obtain the cement-based molded product having the uneven shape on its surface and a process (d) for ejecting compressed air to the cement-based molded product from the jet orifices 35 provided to the molding surface of the pressing mold 30 to separate the pressing mold 30 from the cement-based molded product.
