MANUFACTURING METHOD OF CEMENT-BASED CURED PRODUCT AND MOLDING MACHINE OF CEMENT-BASED MOLDED PRODUCT

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily form a clear uneven pattern on the curved surface of a cement-based cured product. SOLUTION: This manufacturing method of the cement-based cured product includes a process (a) for for molding a cement-based material on a flexible laying plate 24 by extrusion molding to obtain the preformed plate 16 supported by the flexible laying plate 24 in a plastic state, a process (b) for press-molding the uneven design 12 on the surface of the preformed plate 16, a process (c) for arranging the preformed plate 16 on a curved mold, of which the molding surface 42 has a curved surface shape, along with the flexible laying plate 24 to mold it into a curved plate shape along the curved mold 40 under the own weights of the flexible laying plate 24 and the preformed plate 16 to obtain the cement-based molded product 10 having an uneven pattern formed into the curved plate shape on its surface and a process (d) for ageing and curing the cement-based molded product 10 having the curved plate shape as it remains supported by the flexible laying plate 24 to obtain the cement-based cured product having the uneven design formed into the curved plate shape on its surface.
