Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To quietly open and close a cover without causing a sound of collision. SOLUTION: The telescopic cover is composed of a cover composing body 21 to be extended and contracted in the Z direction with the movement of a Z direction moving body 52. The cover composing body 21 comprises a plurality of movable cover members 41, 42 which are overlapped in the direction perpendicular to the Z direction, and independently move. A window 61 is provided on the one member 42 of the two neighboring movable cover members 41, 42. A Z-direction sliding shutter 64 is provided so as to open and close the window 61.
