Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To permit correction so as to quickly and accurately remove an offset component of an image signal in a method and device for detecting radiographic information which record image information for every picture element in response to the irradiation with radiation carrying the image information and detect the radiographic information from a radiation solid detector which outputs an image signal showing the recorded image information. SOLUTION: The radiographic information detector splits the offset information to low-frequency offset component information whose offset characteristics easily diachronically vary and a high-frequency component information whose offset characteristics do not easily diachronically vary, acquires the high-frequency offset component information which is difficult to acquire in a short time from a radiation solid detector 20 in advance before photographing and stores in an offset data table 16 and acquires only the low-frequency offset component information which is comparatively easy to acquire in a short time just before photographing during every photographing, and corrects an image signal on the basis of offset information consisting of the low-frequency offset component information and the previously acquired high-frequency offset component information.
