DIFFERENTIAL AMPLIFIER, TWO-STAGE AMPLIFIER AND ANALOG/DIGITAL CONVERTER

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To widen the band of a differential amplifier and an analog/digital converter. SOLUTION: The differential amplifier is constituted of a pair of comparators. For each comparator, while input voltage signals and reference voltage signals are respectively impressed to the input side of a sampling capacitor through first and second switching means, an output transistor is source-follower-connected to the output side of the sampling capacitor and one end of a third switching means is connected to the output side of the sampling capacitor. Further, a common switching transistor is connected to the other end of each third switching means. Then, after connecting the first and third switching means and the switching transistor and disconnecting the second switching means, the first and third switching means and the switching transistor are connected, the second switching means is disconnected, and the input voltage signals and the reference voltage signals are compared.
