DISPLAY APPARATUS

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a display module and its method for manufacture realizing a big screen by a simple manufacturing process, low cost and high image quality and to provide a display apparatus equipped with the display module. SOLUTION: A plurality of light emitting cell bodies 40R. 40G and 40B are installed between a panel 20 and a panel 30 in the display module 2. The light emitting cell bodies 40R, 40G and 40B are each composed of a insulating material and has porous insulating bodies 401 with a plurality of air gaps 401a inside as substrates, and phosphor particles 402R, 402G and 402B are dispersed in the substrates. The R phosphor particles 402R are contained in the R light emitting cell body 40R, the G phosphor particles are contained in the G light emitting body 40G and the B phosphor particles 402B are contained in the B light emitting cell body 40B.
