Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a personal information management system used inside a facility requiring a user not to carry a thing preferably, preventing personal information of the user from being recorded and stored on the facility side. SOLUTION: As the personal information of the facility user such as biometrics information, information stored in a portable registration medium carried by the user oneself is used. When the user receives service inside the facility, the biometrics information inputted by the user and the biometrics information stored in the registration medium are collated when it is necessary to perform individual authentication, and the user can receive the service inside the facility when the collation shows accordance.
