Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transmission having a comparatively short axial length without reducing the number of forward gears. SOLUTION: The transmission 1 has a first output shaft 8 and a second output shaft 9, and a plurality of gear pairs 10, 11, 12, 13, 14 for connecting an input shaft 5 to the first output shaft 8 or the second output shaft 9. The gear pairs 10, 11, 12, 13, 14 consist of fixed gears 10f, 11f, 12f, 13f, 14f and loose gears 10l, 11l, 12l, 13l, 14l. The transmission 1 is also provided with a gear unit 29 which is in a meshed state with one gear 11l of the gear pair 11. The gear unit 29 has a loose gear 33 with a gear shift clutch 34 arranged.
