SOLUTION: In the core steel segment 11, an ultra-high molecular polyethylene sheet 14 is provided as a buffer between each main beam 4 and concrete structure 3. A plurality of arc-shaped core steel segments 11 is continuously arranged circumferentially into an annular shape.
