Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a good-looking flush panel which prevents a part of a surface material overlapping a middle crosspiece from swelling forward and the crosspiece from imaging it on a front face of the surface material. SOLUTION: Frame members 7a to 7d are assembled into a rectangle to form an outer frame body 8. The middle crosspiece 9 made of a wooden material is mounted between the frame members 7a, 7b of both sides of the outer frame body 8 to form a panel frame 2. A front face of the middle crosspiece 9 is arranged rearward of the front face of the outer frame body 8. The surface material 5 is glued to the front face of the outer frame body 8 of the panel fame 2.
